Camera Man Posted September 6, 2008 Share Posted September 6, 2008 So here we go.... I have a Dim. 5100 that ive troubleshooted with and decided to come here for help eventually... I have two discs, one that is 10.5.0 and one that is 10.5.4 The 10.5.0 Installed, went to boot and it will not get past the "transfer my info from another mac" screen. The 10.5.4 will not install as the "oxford dictionary package" is missing. I don't need the damn dictionary anyways! So does anyone have any suggestions? Is there some hidden trick to tell the installer to jump over that section? Also I have a XPS 410 with Core 2 Duo that I could do it on but im not sure where to find the installation/patch disc.
