help please : Which Karnel to use for my first install

Iv just bought a new system.

 

Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS4 iP35 Socket 775 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard

 

Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3GHz Socket 775 4MB Cache 1333MHz FSB Retail Boxed Processor

 

OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 800Mhz/PC2-6400 Memory GOLD DUAL CHANNEL Unbuffered CL5(5-5-5-18)

 

Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB SATA II 7200RPM 16MB Cache - OEM

 

XFX 9600GT 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI HDCP HDTV out PCI-E Graphics Card

 

 

 

this will be my first install and i need some advice on what karnel/kexts to use and such, please help because i;m new to this.

 

also any links to the files would be great.
