MrMookMook Posted September 3, 2008 Share Posted September 3, 2008 Hi Everyone My iPod Classic 80 gigabyte I bought on the weekend from Harvey Norman (an electronics store here in Australia) it syncs fine with iTunes (no error messages or anything like that) but when I look on the iPod there is no songs but curiously space on the iPod has been taken up with the so called music. Thanks for any help Mr Mook Mook I had this exact problem also, and it was because my PC was encrypting the music files as it send them to the iPod. My PC has encryption software on it, and I was not able to unencrypt the files or the transmission. So, I don't know how to work around it, other than go buy a non-employer supplied PC to run my music.
