Hi

I'm a total newbie regarding the Mac world but always had that thing about the system...

i even tried to install it in my last laptop but it went wrong.. always giving me a kernel error and i freaked out..

But now i have a new laptop.. awesome i have to say, and i decided to give it a another try...

So my doubt right now is... which version to choose? cause i tried to search on the web but i couldnt get a review with the three versions i mentioned(i mentioned these cause it seems they are the known ones) so i have no idea which is best...

And to avoid further problems... which options i should choose for this specific instalation..

I have the following components:

Intel P9500 processor

320 GB 7200 rpm AHCI HDD

4GB DDR3

2 GB intel turbo memory

Geforce 9600M GS

Wifi 5300AGN

Managed to install Snow Leopard on my M860. Full gfx enabled. No sound or wi-fi yet.

Hi BrumBrum74, tugausa

I've got an M860 too and I've tried a couple of times to install 10.5.5, but prob I do something wrong in the customize screen and the OSX does't boot.

Could you please share some light on the options you've chosen when installing OSX?

Much appreciated,

osxnik
