Beerkex'd
Go download the latest version of NTFS-3G and MacFuse (use google) and just install it on top of what you have. Your NTFS partitions will be mounted read/write by default. That's easy enough to change though. If you still want to uninstall it after trying out the latest version, presto, you now have a nice uninstall script you can run. loopus
ok i did download the latest version of ntfs-3g (stable) + macfuse and did some copy test then uninstalled and try paragon... well the performance difference is amazing: copying a 8gb file FROM an external NTFS drive to the macdisk takes 13 min with ntfs-3g and 3 min with paragon, and copying TO the mac disk the same file takes 43 (!) min with ntfs-3g and 4 min with paragon... indeed paragon rules ..now i will check if there are not problems of any sort... matteo Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/123958-want-to-try-paragon-how-i-should-remove-ntfs-3g-driver/#findComment-878175 Share on other sites
