I installed Kalyway 10.5.2 on my Dell Inspiron 1525 (with Intel x1300) without a hitch but after adding 10.5.3 update I lost my video. Basically right after displaying blue screen, the screen goes to black and never loads the desktop. I can see how hot corner works because the back lights for LCD turn on and off. Seems like the update screwed up display drivers and now I have to replaced them back to previous version. I found out that I need to revert AppleIntelFramebuffer.kext file. The problem is that system won't let me delete AppleIntelFramebuffer.kext (it says it's read only). Can someone help me and explain how to override the system and force it to use the old file?
