Installation went more or less smoothly and now I'm trying to get around the usual 'still waiting for root device'. What puzzles me is: how can osx rebuild its extensions cache happily when run with the "-f" option and still not find the very same device when it's supposed to boot right afterwards? anyone care to explain?
