cnthinkoname Posted August 30, 2008 Share Posted August 30, 2008 So I have my lovely hack pro working and eating vanilla ice cream. How do I update? Can I use apple update? I have 10.5.2. Can I install graphics kext (nvidia 88000gts512) and still use apple update or not? I tried it before and I got a transparent window telling me to restart, just finish 2nd installation. BumontheRun Posted August 30, 2008 Share Posted August 30, 2008 I just installed as well. Updates worked fine for me. The only one to avoid is 10.5.4 i believe, that will probably lock your system. All the other updates(itunes,airport,quicktime) worked for me. Installing your kexts should not affect the update process.
