JACK If you use google to try and find out what chipsest you where using you might have found out its the Realtek ALC660-VD now all you got to do is go to Tutorials (The Genius Bar) [How To] Solutions for Audio Problems, A Compilation http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=34075 there in the bottem is the link to ? AppleHDA project - modifying AppleHDA.kext for hi-def sound.
