bfeeny
I have OSX on my 2nd drive, and XP on my primary. I would love to be able to mess with the XP install without breaking it and without using transporter to have to image it (thus making a copy of it). Has anyone done this? This way you could boot XP when you feel like it, boot OSX, or bring XP into OSX......all using the same XP install
BifBologna
That seemed to work for us. We installed XP first to test our hardware, then installed OS X on a separate drive once we knew everything was working proper. When we later set up Parallels, it recognized the XP drive as a Boot Camp partition and installed Parallels Tools on it. My son switches back and forth all the time and hasn't had any trouble booting from the XP drive when he wants to. Bif
