How to get sound with JaS 10.4.8 on VMWare Server 1.0.3

Hi,

 

Fresh install of JaS 10.4.8 on VMWare Server 1.0.3, spent a few days to get the network working, now all I need is the sound, but this topic is even more scarce then the network issue. Someone mentioned Maxxuss-ES137x-v0.1_1043.iso.zip, and I installed it successfully, but it didn't work, System Preference->Sound->Output is empty after reboot. Any ideas on how I can get the sound to work? The sound part of my vmx:
