jsnuff1
Im trying to install 10.4.5 off a DVD on my AMD system, but for some reason I always get "There was an error with the installation" when it is installing the BSD subsystem...it occures about 10% in the write step every time. I dont get why this is happening since the DVD works fine on my Dell Laptop. It passes the verify DVD step too, so its obviously not the DVD. I cant see it being a problem with the system either since it boots off the DVD fine and gets through half the installation. Anyone have a similar problem or have any ideas? Thanks.
