sethoramma4 Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 I was recently thinking about using a different distro- an updated one, i am currently on 10.5.2- leo4all and wanted to get to 10.5.4, i already tried test updating on a external hd... and i get graphics problems, so i would like to just try ideneb- which has my graphics driver built in. my question is this: can i move all my applications and settings over? i know i can move music movies documents etc.- i have an external hd... set on time machine- is there stuff i could copy over from my time machine backup that would save settings for all apps? please help me out before i update and ruin something... haha THANKS!
