Installing Kalway 10.5.2 : disk1s2 unsupported mode

I am installing Kalyway-10.5.2(after Chameleon-1.0.11-JMicron-fix) and it fails. I have XP on the box and have single harddisk with 3 partition. First partition has XP.

 

The error is

SAM Multimedia: READ or WIRTE failed, SENSE_KEY = 0x05, ASC = 0x64, ASCQ = 0x00

disk1s2: unsupported mode

 

Please help
