First, I used that link found in the wiki http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?act...ost&id=3114. This allowed me to have en0 green but there was still a problem with the MAC address. And you have to assign IP parameters as DHCP is not working. So after boot, I had to set a valid MAC with 'ifconfig en0 lladdr 00:50:56:22:33:44' for example. Digging into my archive, I found the following procedure to patch IONetworkingFamily.kext. And it works flawessly including DHCP.
