Hi Dennis

 

I got same board, but with 4gb ram and a quadcore processor. Hdd sata 200gb, ide dvd ( I guess this is not so good), 2 video cards was used one ati radeon x800 xl and one nvidia 6600 le.

cant tell what quad core processor I got Im far from the computer right now.

I realised I couldn't install using hte ide dvd, so, I installed it on my working hacintosh. but well, its not so right I know. but my question is, how did you seted up your bios? there was any special thing? I choosed efi, vanilla, gui and so on....

To be honest, I didn't make any modifications to the standard BIOS options that came by default. So far everything has worked flawlessly.

i also have the ip35v board using kalyway 10.5.2 and all is fine except the onboard sound!

 

any idea how i could fix the sound problem? it shows me "no audio device found". so far i tried different kext files but one worked so far. which one did you use?
