MGJulius
With your winload.exe error you have to change your active partition back into windows, load the dell vista recovery disc (which is an actual vista disc) and click automatic repair. It should repair it, change your active partition back to os x, and it should work. If you want to reinstall windows use the dell recovery disc they gave you. Its a vista disc that requires no activation because it recognizes the mobo as a dell.
