smeeIT Posted August 21, 2008 Share Posted August 21, 2008 Hey guys, I'm finally starting my Hackintosh build! I'm planning on using Kalyway for install. These are the specs: Intel QX6700 (ES) 2.6Ghz Processor Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L Motherboard Gigabyte 8800GT 512MB (Model: GV-NX88T512HP) Corsair Dominator 2x1GB 800Mhz CAS4 Corsair 650W PSU ASUS DVD Burner Samsung 2220WM 22" LCD Monitor My question to you all is, will I be able to hook up a second 22" monitor and run dual displays? I'm planning on picking up a second 2220WM Samsung, but just realized that I wasn't positive that it will work...... How can I get it to work? I'll be using DVI and resolutions of 1680x1050 on both screens. I was planning on using GFI Strings for the 8800GT, will that work? What other drivers or settings will i need to get dual monitors to both work? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!!
