Nemphys
I am running 10.5.4 vanilla kernel on my Toshiba U200 notebook. Sleep works fine, even with a USB mouse plugged in. The problem is that whenever I plug my WD USB Hard disk in (or a USB stick) and try to put it to sleep, the monitor turns of for a few seconds and then it turns back on, saying "USB Device removal". The weird thing is that after that, the usb mouse is still working, but the internal keybord and trackpad are not! To fix it, I have to unmount the USB Disk and put it to sleep again. This time it does and when it wakes up, everyhting is working fine. Any ideas? (have already tried EHCISleepEnabler with no success) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/121905-no-sleep-whith-usb-hard-disk-plugged-in/ Share on other sites
