85734763
Hello. I was so glad when I got my hackintosh to work with nvinject 512mb, and managed to get the resolution to 1280*1024 by using the terminal, but now I would like to have all the resolutions display in the system preferences, as currently the only option is 1024*768. the way I did this on my other hackintosh was to reinstall with just nvinject. is there a way to do this without reinstalling the OS? I am trying to avoid losing all my settings etc.. I tried doing a search, I bet i search for the wrong terms, didn't come up with much. graybix
Im kinda a noob at this but three things come to mind. 1st is try nvinject's website http://nvinject.free.fr/ try upgrading or downgrading it depending on witch version your using. 2nt is EFIStudio this will insert the the device path in to the com.apple.Boot.plist (don't know if 8500gt is supported) 3rd would be NVkush an alternative to nvinject. - Install NVkush from http://diabolik1605.com/DHF/ - Remove NVinject.kext from extensions folder - Reboot and type -f -v Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/121844-updateremovechange-nvinject/#findComment-863266 Share on other sites
