Deenoe Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 Hi. I have gotten myself a copy of Kalyway 10.5.2 installer, burned it to a DVD-R and started my install. First time I tried, the install went fine, until about 70% of install was done. It then got stuck at "11 minutes remaining" for around 15 minutes, and then the installation just failed. Second time, I went ahead and added the components like Vanilla Kernel, the SSE2 package, stuff like that, that was necessary for my install. However, no luck, failed again, same scenario. CPU is a Core 2 Duo with SSE2 and SS3 support. I am installing on a USB External Drive. Could it be the cause?
