Reign Of Terror
that driver should work for you, but you may need to find a way to get OSX to recognize that you want to load from it, instead of AppleHDA etc. i was just testing my ALC883 out, and no matter how many things i changed in AppleHDA.kext, the sound stayed with the same options. this was only fixed once i installed the ALCinject driver, and then overwrote the AppleHDA.kext with my own modified one. you may want to test out ALCinject first, and then try using HDAPatcher with a codec dump of your card. im almost 100% certain it should work then Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/121649-everything-working-but/#findComment-860731 Share on other sites
