(My machine compaq v3604au) If you mean you you can't see the HD on the install screen, go to Disk Utility and see if it is there. If so, format it whatever way you like, just so long as it's Mac OS Ext (journaled). If not, get a copy of iDeneb 10.5.4 or Leo4All, or the latest Zephyroth. They have the latest kexts from meDevil that will recognize your SATA HD.
