alicizmar
As I posted earlier, I can't get my ATI HD3200 to go widescreen in OS X even with the "Graphics Mode" code at boot, so I end up with smushed video. I'm thinking due to this and the need for a few Windows-only apps (damn that monopoly!), I'll give Parallels Desktop a try. But now here's the $64,000 question-is there some way to let Windows "take control" of the graphics and thus allow it to utilize the widescreen OS X itself isn't? Or is XP doomed to whatever OS X will allow unless I run it natively? Because if it is, I'm going to have to reboot into Windows just to play an effing video, and that will really suck, but no OS X will suck worse, so... Also-does Parallels require Quartz Extreme? Please say no. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/121390-parallels-desktop-questions/ Share on other sites
