Got it working with a mix of Kalyway 10.5.2 + 10.5.3 Kalyway Patch and using the ALC268 Patch for the audio. Everything is stable with both cores @ 10.5.3 and I am imaging the drive as we speak. Even the volume control works on the panel as does the battery meter. Thanks to everyone who helped out on the forums to allow this to happen.
