medw1974
Hi - I'm running into an issue with iTunes with the system listed in my signature. If I move from my Music Library in iTunes to another section e.g Movies Library and then try to go back to Music Library my whole system freezes. All background processes seem to keep running however. The only way to get out of it is a hard reboot. Any suggestions? EDIT - I've managed to narrow this down to just the coverflow view in the Music Library, all other views appear to unaffected by this bug. medw1974
Some more info - I've checked the logs after I recreated the crash and this seems of interest: Aug 12 15:43:42 michael-wrights-macpro31 kernel[0]: ** Device in slot: SLOT--1 ** Aug 12 15:43:42 michael-wrights-macpro31 kernel[0]: ** GPU Debug Info Start ** Aug 12 15:43:42 michael-wrights-macpro31 kernel[0]: 0x01019400 0000ff7f 00009400 00000000 Aug 12 15:43:42 michael-wrights-macpro31 kernel[0]: 0x00632800 00000081 00000007 00000000 Aug 12 15:43:42 michael-wrights-macpro31 kernel[0]: 0x0011a010 00000000 00000000 31421002 Aug 12 15:43:42 michael-wrights-macpro31 kernel[0]: 0x00000000 00000001 00000001 fa508a06 Aug 12 15:43:42 michael-wrights-macpro31 kernel[0]: 0x80838647 000284c2 01000000 00001002 This then keeps cycling through a list of these numbers until I eventually power the machine off. I guess this means its graphic card related? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/120580-itunes-771-crash-issue/#findComment-854189 Share on other sites
