fan122 Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 HP desktop a1070cl:ATI RS480M2(SB400)/AMD 3200+/2G DDR400/Seagate 160G SATA. Downloaded Jas10.4.8amd and Uphuck10.4.9amd,both installation were failed in dvdrom booting up mode for SATA drive not viewable,and also were failed in vmware installation with same error:"Because of a problem,installing Mac OS X could not be compled". Looked around in this forum and found the only solution---AppleOnboardPCATA.kext with sb400&sata sopport,but don't know how to patch it to my installation iso to keep my pc mac way going.... sry about my eng and thx.
