Hey Guys, having some issues installing Leopard on an SSE2 system - the system will always reboot after loading the kernel extensions.

I'm currently booting with the following options:

speedstepkernel -v -x cpus=1 platform=ACPI

I've also tried booting into single user mode, and using the "Graphics Mode"=No boot option, but the result is the same.

Does anyone know how I can stop it from rebooting? If the kernel is panicking, it would be good to get the dump to work with.

Or if I'm missing anything (I've had a look at a large number of threads here that all suggest -v -f).

My hardware is:

IC7-MAX3 Motherboard (Intel 865 Chipset)

Pentium 4 2.8GHz CPU (SSE2 only)

Western Digital 74gb Raptop (will be the target drive).

NVidia GeForce FX 5950 Ultra

Any help is appreciated, cheers guys.
