parkerbender
I have been having serious issues getting my system to boot without the dvd, i played with fdisk, set active partitions, used gparted... then i read somewhere that pc bios's can't read a guid file system. so. I went back, deleted my finished install, and went to repartition with mbr... I'm getting file system formatter failed messages, and it won't let me use mbr. Ideas, please!!!???!!! Thanks in advance, -Parker nvm, sorry, it seems like it doesn't want to make a mbr partition larger than 500GB, so i just split it up. Thanks anyway!!! -Parker Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/119996-wont-let-me-format-in-mbr/ Share on other sites
