mrHiggins
i'm fairly new to the osx86 game but i got a bootable leopard in my first attempt. i have zephyroth 10.5.2 up and running and after following maci's instructions here i was kind of able to get my video card supported. after following the instructions (to the best of my knowledge) i was left with an unbootable os. i ended up having to safe boot back in and delete the following files in order to get up and running again: geforce2mxgldriver.bundle geforce3gldriver.bundle geforce8xxxgldriver.bundle geforcefxgldriver.bundle geforcega.plugin geforcevadriver.bundle and nvdanv10, 20, 30, and 50.kext now i have full resolution support but no qe/ci... ci says software, i assume that needs to say hardware.... (?) i backed up those files if they are 100% necessary. i did double check my xml syntax in all of the edits i made so that's not it. could it be hardware incompatibilities with my mobo? (asus a8n sli delux). i also didn't really get amd utility to work... (i scanned my entire installation partition for cpuid's but when i pointed the txt at the kext it err'ed) any help would be greatly appriciated. on a side note, anyone have any tips/info on the compatability of the creative x-fi? i know support in linux was pretty much non-existent so i'm not holding my breath...
