Maurits
Hello everybody, Just installed Kalyway 10.5.2 Intel EFI_V8 on my machine, everything is working well, except my RAM, it's not clocked on the right speed . It's used to be on 400Mhz, but it's on 66Mhz. First, I installed macdotnub AppleSMBIOS rev 6 eith Kext Helper b7 and then entered my specs, MemSpeed=400 MemType=DDR2 SerialNum=CK157KMHK5B, I rebooted and hoped for a nice speed bump, that didn't happen, see my result in the thumbnail. What do I need to do to make this work, with the Netkas AppleSMBIOS, in System Profiler it's clocked ant 400Mhz and in About this Mac it's also clocked at 400Mhz but it's still 66Mhz because it's very slow. P.S. when I boot my system I can see that the RAM is clocked on 400Mhz and in BIOS I changed it to 400Mhz so it just should be 400Mhz. Can anybody help, my system is EFI so I think it can be fixed.
