Zheka009
Hi all! Recently I've installed Leopard 10.5.4. on my Asus F3Tc laptop from LawlessPPC-Leo-10.5.4.-Phenom&AMD ISO. AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-52 1.6 GHz L2 Cache 1 Mb North bridge nVidia GeForce Go 6100 South bridge nVidia nForce Go 430 15.4 WXGA (1280x800) TFT Video nVidia GeForce Go 7300 [TurboCache] 128Мб 2Gb RAM DDR2 667МГц HDD SATA 80 Gб DVD±RW [DVD-Supermulti] Audio HDA (High Definition Audio) Web cam 1.3 Mp Now I have strange sound lags during music files playback. When I start dragging mouse or touchpad music sounds normally and when I stop doing that it starts lagging again. The same thing with interface animation takes place since installation. Cursor animations and progress bars animations sometimes freeze till i move the mouse. What can it be ? I guess it's some kind of hardware conflict but I have no idea how to fix that. Krazubu
A speedstepping problem maybe, a different kernel might solve it. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/119560-sound-lags-on-asus-f3tc-laptop/#findComment-846910 Share on other sites

Zheka009
I don't even know. Just checked nForce kext during setup. But now I can't make it fully work. And the first question is to add USB support as it shows only mouse connected and I can't connect neither flash drives nor my iPhone. I think that most of my problems come from incorrect USB support 'cause my mouse and touchpad are connected on USB too. Now I try to find some kind of nVidia nForce 430 (MCP51) drivers for Mac. But still no luck... Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/119560-sound-lags-on-asus-f3tc-laptop/#findComment-853844 Share on other sites
