Simple Installation Question on Azus P5KPL (iAtkos 4i)

Trying to install iATKOS 4i 10.5.4 Leopard DVD *PROPER*

 

Given the below specification, would someone be good enough to advise on which of the custom installation options below I should select prior to installing. I'm not trying to dual boot, I've got a fresh 250gb SATA II drive installed.
