Bizbad Posted August 5, 2008 Share Posted August 5, 2008 This happens every time I attempt to quad boot XP, Vista, Mac, and Ubuntu in that order. Vista Boot Manager claims that winload.exe is missing or corrupted after I add Mac. Vista always works fine before I add Mac. When I was without Mac Vista got along fine with Ubuntu, so I don't think Ubuntu is the problem. Could anyone please help me get Vista working without the cd? Or do I need it? If I need to add more information please tell me. Thank you. Mousse-T Posted August 5, 2008 Share Posted August 5, 2008 Hi, that's easy.. set your Vista Partition (hopefully its a primary!) active... then boot with the Vista CD/DVD and choose the Repair/Recovery Part. Your boot/startup sequence should be repaired... After all, set your boot flag to the right partition active...
