InsanelyOne Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 I'd like to remove my second partition with Leopard and revert to an XP only system. Right now I boot with the Darwin bootloader and can pick either XP or Leopard. I presume that if I remove the Leopard partition I'll be screwed and won't be able to boot to XP anymore. Anyone know how to safely revert to my XP only installation? Edit: I originally used Partition Magic to add the second partition to use with Leopard. Could Partition Magic not only delete the partition but force the original partition to boot? I can't remember ever seeing a "rebuild bootloader" option on my installation disc. I just used Partition Magic to delete the OS X partition, then I resized the original XP partition to use up the freed space, then I set the XP partition to Active. That's it.
