mleok
There has been a proliferation of ultraportable notebooks based on the Intel Atom platform, and most of them seem to be based on the Intel 945 GSE Express chipset with GMA 950 graphics. In particular, I understand that the MSI Wind appears quite well suited for a relatively straightforward installation of OSx86, modulo swapping out the WiFi card for a Broadcom based model like the Dell 1390, and issues with sound input, and the built-in microphone. My question is whether it is likely that the newly announced Lenovo IdeaPad S10, which is based on the same Intel Atom processor and 945 GSE Express chipset likely to be equally compatible with OSx86? Given that I would be willing to swap out the WiFi mini-PCI-E card and the bluetooth card if necessary, is it fair to say that the only likely issues are with the built-in Ethernet, and sound?
