skgunner
Well,V4i is a nice one,and v4i revision 2,v4a for AMD is coming. My first question is if you only chose Main system and darwin bootloader, then what kernel you will get? Have tried install v4i,works fine with Kernel 9.2.0 ToH or Intel Speedstep Kernel. But can't get the stock Kernel 9.4.0 work. After darwin loader, the apple logo appears than the system will reboot. Can't get any further with -v -f -s or -x. I have a Merom Mobile Core 2 Duo T7700 within SSE3 and Intel GM965 Chipset laptop, use v4i on dvd disk utility to partition the disk to GUID scheme. So anyone can help me get the stock kernel 9.4.0 work? Many thanks Custom:V41 Main systems Darwin bootloader Stock appleACPIPlatform,9.4.0 kernel one AppleSMBIOS(seems anyone will work with me with right memory frequency and CPU info) Remove thermal kext GMA X3100 SATA NTFS-3G Realtek 8139(works with my realtek 8010?) My third question is about pc_efi v8 and chameleon.V4i comes with pc_efi v8,I did a tri-boot with leopard, vista 64bit and ubuntu 64bit. (First install Darwin bootloader on osx partition, then ubuntu and its bootloader on the same linux partition, then vista, finally install darwin bootloader with osx.) If I use osx86 tools in osx install Chameleon over pc_efi v8,will I still have the right tri-boot option or it will mess up?
