geoff_awf
Hello everyone. I'm hoping to set up a cheap hackintosh and was wondering if the following hardware would be compatible with the 10.4.4/10.4.5 pre-patched dvd that's floating around. Here's what I found: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/Se...u=MCM-GVHZL-345 It's for a Celeron D 345 processor and a D865GVHZL motherboard that uses the D865GV northbridge chipset, Realtek ALC202A audio, and Intel 10/100 LAN. From browsing the forums and wiki, it seems like I would need IONetworkingFamily.kext from 10.4.3 in order to get the netwrok card to work, but other than that I would guess that all the other hardware is compatible. Anyways, I was just wondering what you guys thought, and if you had any suggestions for chosing a different motherboard. Thanks!
