Hello everyone, made a post before but managed to get round that problem... now I have encountered a new one.

I have installed iATKOS 10.5.4 Leopard on my Intel P4 Prescott 3.2Ghz machine - I have a SATA hard drive with 3 partitions, 2 of which just just contain files. I'm not trying to dual boot, I just want OS X as my main operating system (ideally). It took me a while to get the options right, as previously it wouldn't boot Darwin / constantly restarted whenever booting Mac OS etc...

I installed using the following customization options:

iATKOS v4i main System

Darwin Bootloader

Darwin X86 for MBR (Non-EFI)

Kernel 9.2.0 ToH

NVinject 128mb

SATA

The system boots, lovely grey apple logo (gives a misleading feeling of success) and then the spinner stops. Have tried booting in safe mode etc, stops every time.

After booting in verbose, it freezes after it says "Com_Apple_Driver_RTL8139: Ethernet address 00:50:8d:7b:6a:cf"

I'm guessing it doesn't like my network, but I really am at a loss as to which driver I need to choose. I have tried selecting a few of the drivers (individually) on separate installations, but they don't seem to help me out here. The listed Network drivers available are:

Marvell Yukon 88E8001

Realtek 8139

Intel Pro/100 VE

VIA Rhine

Broadcom 440x

Atheros 5005eg

My network is built into my motherboard, which is an Abit AS8-V.

If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated!

Many thanks!
