chrisdarl
Hi there, I have a HP dv6599ea, with Mac OS X 10.5.4 installed. During installation, my USB keyboard & mouse work, and so do my Laptop trackpad & keyboard. However, when I get into Mac itself, only the USB keyboard works. I have tried various "fixed" ApplePS2Controller.kext files, but with no success. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can try? I need both working, as in the office I use it with a docking station w/USB keyboard, and on the move I use the internal ones. Many thanks, Chris edit : changed /System/Library/Extensions/AppleACPIPlatform.kext/Contents/Plugins/ACPIPS2Nub.kext/Contents/Info.plist so that the bottom of the file matched the following : ⁃ <key>OSBundleLibraries</key> ⁃ <dict> ⁃ <key>com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform</key> ⁃ <string>1.2.1</string> ⁃ <key>com.apple.iokit.IOACPIFamily</key> ⁃ <string>1.2.0</string> ⁃ <key>com.apple.kernel.libkern</key> ⁃ <string>1.1</string> ⁃ </dict>
hypersubtext
Try the new drivers from this thread - They are the only ones which worked for me, and they are brand new. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=845025
