Hi,

after trying hard to get leopard to work (installed fine, but reboots after darwin bootloader) i have decided to try Tiger

Now i want to know which is the best image, or version to use to install tiger and would really appreciate a tutorial (atleast basic steps)

My Specs are,

Pentium 1.7Ghz

512MB RAM (Moving to 768)

Intel D845WN Motherboard

Seagate Barracuda 160GB IDE Harddisk

Sony DVD Writer

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 (or 5400 not sure ) 256 MB

Thanks a lot

Well i gonna try to respond on my best way

1) Can u please specify exactly which image to use (Jas or which other is there and the proper name of the image)

- well for the tigger i think Jas is your way to go , your chipset é proved to run that image better

But there is another tiger and leopard images

2) Is there any leopard version which i can use instead?

- I have a personal good try on the Kalyway_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd it runs good on my test machine only usb not working and instaled on a

Amd Semprom 3000+ with SSE2 and SSE3

512 mb ram

on a PC CHIPS 861 with onboard vga ( o.O )

and ir runs better than XP

Well for the end ^^

If have the time check out this FAQ its great it take most of my questions
