Tom Verhaeg
Hello, I just installed Leo4all on my laptop. The installation went flawless, but when I start it up i see the black screen with command lines but I hear the sound but I keep seeing the black screens with command lines. I don't know if this will help but the last line says: Jul 26 18:37:56 localhost mds[20]: (/.Spotlight-V100/Store-V1/Stores/F4FCE5E1-6D82-4E02-A749-&E5BF538FB8E)(Error) IndexCI in ContentIndexOpenBuld: No Index Hope you could help me, I have no clue what to do now. Thanking you in Advance, Tom Verhaeg P.S. I Still got the Kalyway disk, and when I install that one, it starts up, and I get a blue screen with a guy talking on the background, now I've read somewhere that that's a graficdriver problem. I moved them as it stood there. But it still won't work, anyone got suggetions on that one? Gujal
During Leo4allv3 Install, you have to select the following Third Party drivers 1. Intel GMA950 2. Intel ICHx (SATA IDE) 3. ALC883 (Seems like your machine has a Realtek Chipset for Audio, check in Windows it could be a ALC667) 4. Broadcom 578x Ethernet. No support under OSX 5. Wireless Ethernet could be Atheros, Intel 3956/4965 or Broadcom. It depends on the 4 digits after the model number 3690. Again check in Windows and select the right one in the Third Party Drivers There is support for Atheros and Broadcom but no support for intel yet. Check iwidarwin site for experimental Intel Drivers.
