Cue
Hi there! Im trying to install MacOS using "Marklar-Tiger.iso" patched with "Generic_OSx86_Install_DVD_Patcher_Release1". I have a Shuttle SB61G2 with a SATA drive. My intend is to dual boot with XP. I already have 8 partitions (up to J:) and and I proceed with creating a partition using 'diskpart' and "create partition primary id=af". My newly partition is now after 'J:'. So I boot up from the DVD and right where I have to select the destination to install I get the following: "You cannot install Mac OS X on this volume. Mac OS X cannot start up from this volume." Did a searh and came up with this. I have also tried marking the partition as active but no luck. I can see the partition via 'Disk Utility', did an 'erase' again to no avail. Thanks in advance for your input.
