Screen can't go sleep

I have a Thinkpad T60p with Firegl v5250 (detected as x1700).

Installed Leo4All v3, and updated to 10.5.3 via combo update and 10.5.4 via system update.

Installed PowerMangement.bundle from here, battery indicator works.

Sleep is functionnl by commenting out strings in two LPC kext's.

 

Problem is that I set display to sleep in 1 minute (for quick response, results are the same if set to something else), and screen will freeze (things don't move), but it doesn't go blank or black.

When I move the mouse, it will flash and can still come back.

 

I tried pmset lidwake 0, but it didn't do anything.
