Is there any Video card allowing 1400x900

Hi!

 

I have all my hardware working almost properly (I have an IBM T42), I just miss:

 

- Option command (I don't have windows keys in my laptop keyboard)

- Powermanagement

 

BUT, the biggest thing is that I cannot use 1440x900 resolution for my external LCD monitor.

So I am thinking to build a new mac PC and I would like to know if any of you have managed to achieve 1400x900 with external monitor.

Maybe the only one that can get this resolution are the ones that own GMA 900/950 boards.

Can the owner of this card can confirm that? and if yes, which is the brand of the M/B and the version of mac os x you have installed?

Are there any other cards or way that support that resolution? Maybe using a ADD2 card?
