Will either of these motherboards work with Leopard?

I am planning on building a hackintosh that will run Leopard, and I need to buy a motherboard and a graphics card.

(Graphics card will probbably be Geforce GF 7300GT 256mb 128bit PCI Express Video Card)

 

I am just wondering if either of these will work well and easily:

 

Intel D865GVHZ Socket 478 800 FSB MB & 2.6 GHZ CELERON

or

Intel Celeron 2.6GHz 400MHz

The Graphics card will work, the Cpu+motherboard will work, but they are SSE2, ideally you should get an SSE3 setup. It will work though. Search the forums and OSx86 wiki for more details.

I'm thinking of building a hackintosh but I want to build a cheap one. (As long as the graphics card works with QE/CI)
