You don't run OS X in Vista. You run it instead of. If you look around the forums you will see that certain things are required for this. Doing this is also illegal and I'd generally suggest you get an actual Mac but if you're keen to do this then read about and you will learn how. Google is also an amazing tool so maybe you should try using that also.

Contrary to what Daniel Felsted just said (No offence there -_-)... you could use VmWare to run OS x(86 mind) alongside Vista. Note that this is usually for trial purposes anyway, and the performance would be incomparable to a native install (Or a genuine mac)
