illrich Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 Hallo Leute ich habe jetzt schon etliche Versuche mit meinem Laptop unternommen den blöden Intel Wlan treiber zum laufen zu bekommen, da das aber offensichtlich nich so leicht ist, wollte ich mir jetzt einen USB Adapter dafür kaufen. F-Didi Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 Hallo illrich, ich habe mir vor kurzem den TP-Link TL-WN651G für gerade mal 12,20 € bei einem großen Internet-Versand geholt. Der hat einen Atheros AR5005 / AR5212 Chip und läuft bei mir in Verbindung mit einer Fritz!Box und WPA2 wunderbar. Hier eine Anleitung dazu: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=40317 Bei Verwendung der 10.4.8 Kext taucht in den Netzwerkeinstellungen nur WPA und nicht WPA2 auf. Tatsächlich verwendet Leo aber bei Eingabe des WPA2-Schlüssels im WPA-Feld automatisch WPA2. Falls nötig, kann ich Dir die modifizierte Kext & das Startscript auch zukommen lassen. riws Posted July 27, 2008 Share Posted July 27, 2008 all also nochmal Ich brauche einen USB Adapter für Wlan, wegen mir auch eine PCMCIA Lösung, es soll ja eh für nen Laptop sein Wenn du sicher bisst, dass dein PCMCIA geht, dann würde ich an deiner stell eine solche Karte besorgen, z.B. von Buffalo, die haben Broadcom Chipsätze drin und Airport kompatibel, was all die Sicherheits Crypts beherscht.
