future_former Posted July 22, 2008 Share Posted July 22, 2008 hello ! the installation process of LEOPARD 10.5.2 does not work. i already tried several releases (kalyway, leo4allv2 und v3) but they all cause the same error. hardware: ASUS PC-DL Deluxe 2 x Intel Xeon 3,2 Ghz ATI All-In-Wonder 9600 Pro 4 GB RAM first the computer boots from DVD and the darwin-Loader requests me to follow the installation by hitting "enter" or pressing F8 for the boot-options. after selecting the first option the process is going on, but directly after it is trying to load the EFI-bootloader my machine reboots... following lines are displayed while loading: ... EFI enhanced bootloader build: ToH Using SMBIOS Table found at 0x000f0be0 immediately after this message the computer reboots and the same procedure is started... i already tried to boot in "safe mode" -x, but it doesn't help - same results... any suggestions ? future_former Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
krystal Posted December 18, 2008 Share Posted December 18, 2008 I have a dual Xeon processor system using the ASUS PC-DL Deluxe motherboard as well. It seems that Leo4All v5 installs smoothly, but when it comes to boot into the OS after a successful install, my system just reboots without even loading anything ... any help out there?
