P.Balentong Posted July 20, 2008 Share Posted July 20, 2008 After installing Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD, I tried running the System Profile but it did not work. It's quitting unexpectedly. I upgraded to Kalyway 10.5.3 Combo update then Apple update to 10.5.4 I tried running the System Profiler again but to no avial. Anyone can explain why? Here's my configuration. Bruce Wang Posted July 21, 2008 Share Posted July 21, 2008 Not sure if it's the same issue. My IBM T40 is running 10.4.11 and AppleSMBIOS.kext won't load successfully no matter which version I use. System seems to work without problem but when opening System Profiler, the window shows up then closes itself in seconds. However, it runs correctly if the box of "Open with Rosetta" is checked.
